This mod adds a bit of functionality to all those radios and ham radios that we find all over the Wasteland. If the radio is turned on, and the player is within a certain range of the radio, the radio will broadcast detection events that enemy NPCs will notice and investigate.

You can adjust the player range in MCM, as well as the various aspects of the DE broadcast strength (the base strength, the influence of the radio volume itself, etc.). You can also choose whether a radio requires the player to turn it on in order to start broadcasting, or if an active-default radio should start up with broadcasts.

Basically what this does is it turns every radio and ham radio into a version of the monkey cymbal trap.
