Dynamically creates a light 'on the fly' when dialogue commences with your NPC and when it's dark enough to trigger.

Configuration (Holotape)
Set color to your preference( yellow/warm; blue; red; green; purple) Set intensity to your preference (dark; medium; bright) Set light 'height' (e.g. chest level; face level; above head; very high) Set how dynamic the light should be (always on during dialogue / only when 50% light or lower / only when 25% light or lower)
