From version V2.08 PackAttack (PanPC) includes a Visibilty Detection System depending on the weather. This means that the worse the weather or the weather-dependent visibility, the more difficult it is to be detected by the opponent.

There are three different scanner levels: 75%, 50% or 25%. This patch distributes the different Nac.X weather to these three levels.
