Description
GGTS (GreslinGames Test Suite) is a mod intended to be an instant test environment for mod development. It's an outgrowth of tools that I'd made for testing PANPC and PACE, and I was convinced by others to turn it into something more usable for others. All it does is provide a holotape of test tools, but one of the things it does is create a set of NPC-less spaces, copies of FO4 areas like Satellite Olivia and Super Duper Mart, that you can teleport into and mess around in without messing up your game. Arena is a PANPC thing, you need PANPC to use that. But you can use GGTS to teleport into one of the test areas and then fire up PANPC Arena. You'll get a combat game that's isolated from the rest of FO4.
To download this file you will need to request the Citizen Role, the #read-this-first channel has all the information you need.
While not official GGTS documentation, I have written a guide, GreslinGames Test Suite Guide, that might be useful to those new to the mod
There is an MO2 Metafile for this mod/patch that is useful when installing non-Nexus files. Download mod/ patch and the metafile into the MO2 download folder and install as normal.

Updates
Extending Friendly Mode to FROST factions.
FROST changes a lot of the game, so I can't promise that I nailed down every single hostile, but this should cover all the new factions added by FROST and Red's Frost Fixes. If you notice anything going hostile in FROST while you're in Friendly, please let me know and I'll figure it out.
Now includes God Mode switch and options for incrementing player level by 5 and 10 levels at a time.
God Mode switch requires that you have trace logging enabled in your INIs. (If you're generating Papyrus logs, you're fine.)
- Now requires all Fallout 4 DLCs.
- Expands the scope of Friendly Mode to include Radscorpions
- Expanded it to put the player into several DLC factions that should make you a Friend to the NPCs in Nuka World and Far Harbor.
- New light level monitoring tool. When you turn it on, every five seconds you will get an onscreen notification with the engine-reported light level value at the player's current position. This is identical to what you would get with the "player.getlightlevel" console command.
- More Olivia adds and a new Combat Zone test area.
- More weapons, ammo types, med types added to Olivia boxes. Olivia now also includes clean and radiation vault sinks, as well as a Diamond City radio and a ham radio.
- A new Combat Zone test room, with NPCs and markers removed and the center area cleared out to create an open combat space.
