What does it do?
It fixes engine bugs and adds a crash logger to the game. Feel free to post your crash logs to the comments section. I may or may not take a look at them.

Where are the crash logs?
Crash logs are located in "Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE"

Can you teach me how to read the logs?
Can Michelangelo teach you to paint the Sistine chapel? There's no programmatic guide to understanding these things. All third party parsers are simply heuristics and can never be 100% confident as to the cause of your crash. So no, I can not teach you how to read these things.
